	The Original Duck Butter is a tabasco pepper based hot sauce with special seasonings. It is a little thicker than the competition because it has less vinegar and is handmade. It is especially tasty mixed with honey and basted on grilled meats. It also makes the best "Bloody Ducks", formerly know as Bloody Marys.
	Mrs. Duck Butter is a variation of the Original with different seasonings. It is especially good on crawfish and seafoods.
	Salsa Verde is a jalapeno based sauce with a very different and flavorable taste. Try it on eggs or any Mexican food.
	Big Thicket Hickory has a very distinctive hickory taste and is slightly hotter than the others because it has both habanero and chipotle peppers. It is great on any meats. Feel free to experiment with any of the hot sauces on your favorite foods.
